Job Description :
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect Designer to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating architectural plans developing technical details and producing high-quality visualizations for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and refine architectural drawings and technical documentation.
- Develop detailed design elements in coordination with engineering and construction teams.
- Create compelling visual presentations using 3D visualization tools.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout all project phases.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in architectural design preferably within the UAE.
- Proven knowledge of UAE building standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in Revit Adobe InDesign Photoshop and ideally other 3D visualization tools (e.g. Enscape Lumion Rhino).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
