Research identify and qualify leads through online platforms databases and scraping tools
Engage prospects via phone email and LinkedIn to build a strong sales pipeline
Organize client meetings product demonstrations and follow-ups to convert opportunities
Present and promote software solutions that align with client requirements
Negotiate close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Understand client business challenges and recommend appropriate IT services and solutions
Collaborate with internal and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT software consulting or a related service-based industry
Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of achieving sales goals
Proficiency with CRM systems lead scraping platforms and outreach tools
Solid understanding of software implementation cycles and client onboarding
Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
Highly self-motivated organized and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
