Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Senior Engineer you will play a crucial role in leading complex engineering Infrastructure projects providing technical expertise and mentoring junior team members.
- Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards
- Develop and review detailed engineering designs specifications and technical documents
- Conduct complex engineering analyses and provide innovative solutions to challenging problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers clients and stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering their professional development
- Stay updated on industry trends technologies and best practices
- Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and industry standards
- Participate in business development activities and client presentations
- Optimize engineering processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Contribute to the development of engineering standards and procedures within the organization
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; Masters degree preferred
- 15 years of experience in Bridge Maintenance Projects especially in Expansion Joints & Bearings
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering engineering projects
- Strong technical skills in engineering design analysis and relevant software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit)
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and mentoring abilities
- Knowledge of industry standards local building codes and UAE regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with hydraulic modeling and design of infrastructure systems is a plus
