We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Officer to support the daily operations of our office. This role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals in line with Emiratization initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office administration and providing support to various departments.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing scheduling and document handling.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails letters packages).
Prepare reports memos and other documents as required.
Maintain and update records databases and office systems.
Assist with HR-related administrative duties (onboarding leave tracking etc.).
Coordinate meetings appointments and events.
Support procurement processes by preparing requisitions and following up on approvals.
Ensure office supplies and equipment are ordered and maintained.
Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Uphold confidentiality and company policies at all times.
Must be a UAE National (with a valid Emirates ID).
High school diploma or bachelor s degree in business administration or related field.
Proven experience in administrative or office support roles preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
