Requirements:

MBBS Specialist / DM / Fellowship in Neonatology (or equivalent).

Valid medical license (DHA/MOH/DOH) or eligibility.

Proven expertise in managing critically ill neonates and advanced NICU care.

Strong leadership and teaching skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care to neonates including premature and critically ill infants.

Lead the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient management.

Ensure high standards of clinical care safety and compliance.

Guide and mentor junior doctors and nursing staff.
