Ontime Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and talented Female Barista for an immediate joining opportunity. As a Barista you will play a crucial role in creating a warm inviting atmosphere and serving freshly brewed coffee and beverages to our clients and staff with precision and care.

Responsibilities

Skillfully prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee drinks teas and other beverages
Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging actively with clients and accommodating their orders
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area and seating locations
Oversee inventory and supplies related to coffee and beverages restocking when necessary
Stay informed about the latest coffee trends and preparation techniques to enhance service quality
Observe food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the quality of products served
Assist with food preparation and serving when needed

Requirements

Prior experience as a Barista or in a related customer service position is preferred
Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and types of coffee
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Strong focus on customer service with a positive and friendly attitude
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Attention to detail especially regarding cleanliness and hygiene
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
