Description

Ontime Group is seeking a diligent and organized Cleaner/Office Boy to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient office environment ensuring that our facilities are presentable and conducive to productivity.

Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning duties in offices including dusting vacuuming mopping and sanitizing surfaces
Ensure that restrooms are clean stocked and well-maintained
Carry out waste disposal and recycling efforts in accordance with company policies
Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory
Prepare and serve refreshments for staff and visitors as needed
Support administrative staff with other tasks as required
Report any maintenance or repair needs to management
Follow health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

Previous experience in a cleaning or office support role is preferred
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high quality work
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift light to medium-weight objects
Flexibility to assist with additional tasks as needed
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
