Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Site Engineer you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects ensuring they are completed efficiently on time and to the highest quality standards while adhering to local regulations and industry best practices.
- Manage and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards
- Develop and review project plans specifications and cost estimates incorporating innovative and sustainable construction practices
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications UAE building codes and local regulations
- Collaborate with contractors subcontractors and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and optimize project efficiency
- Implement and maintain quality control measures and safety protocols on construction sites
- Analyze and interpret technical data to make informed decisions and prepare detailed status reports
- Liaise with local authorities for necessary permits and approvals in accordance with UAE regulations
- Manage project budgets control costs and optimize resource allocation
- Stay updated on industry trends technological advancements and sustainable practices in construction
- Ensure the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years experience in construction projects with a focus on largescale developments
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
- Strong project management skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Indepth knowledge of UAE building codes regulations and sustainable construction practices
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Willingness to work onsite and travel as needed within the UAE
- Comprehensive understanding of construction materials methods and innovative technologies
- Experience with cost estimation budgeting and resource optimization
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications
- Thorough familiarity with health and safety regulations in the UAE construction industry
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry advancements
