Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and resultsdriven Digital Account Director to lead and grow client relationships by delivering exceptional digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing highprofile accounts driving digital strategy and leading crossfunctional teams. This role requires a blend of leadership creativity and technical knowledge to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients managing expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated digital strategies across channels including SEO SEM social media content display advertising email marketing and web development.

  • Manage a team of digital account managers executives and creatives to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results and achieve client KPIs.

  • Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities upselling services and expanding the agencys scope.

  • Collaborate with creative media and technology teams to ensure strategic alignment and flawless delivery.

  • Prepare and present strategic proposals campaign performance reports and quarterly business reviews to clients.

  • Stay current with digital marketing trends platforms and technologies ensuring innovative solutions are proposed and implemented.

  • Develop annual plans and forecasts in collaboration with finance and senior leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field (Masters preferred).

  • 7 years of experience in digital marketing including at least 3 years in an account director or senior clientfacing role.

  • Proven experience managing digital campaigns and large client portfolios.

  • Strong understanding of digital channels (PPC SEO social programmatic web analytics).

  • Exceptional client service communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire mentor and grow a team.

  • Datadriven mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics SEMrush Facebook Ads Manager etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an agency environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.

  • Google Ads and Meta Certifications are a plus.
