Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support daytoday sales activities between customers suppliers and the internal team
  • Prepare and process quotations sales orders and invoices in coordination with the sales team
  • Follow up with customers for order confirmations delivery schedules and payments
  • Maintain and update customer databases price lists and sales records
  • Generate and analyze sales reports and forecasts for management review
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch of products
  • Assist in achieving monthly quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Support in the development of business presentations and proposals
  • Stay up to date on market trends product knowledge and competitor activities in the paper industry

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with paper products grades and applications is preferred

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination or inside sales preferably in the paper industry or related sectors

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • AED 5000/ per month
  • 30 Days Annual Leave.
  • Air ticket Allowance every year.
