Job Title: Specialist Pathologist (Clinical & Anatomical)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Specialist Pathologist (Clinical & Anatomical) to join our healthcare team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing diseases by examining tissues cells and body fluids and providing accurate laboratory results to support patient management and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct clinical and anatomical pathology examinations including histopathology cytology hematology and clinical chemistry.
Perform and interpret microscopic and gross examinations of tissues biopsies and surgical specimens.
Supervise laboratory operations to ensure accuracy efficiency and compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with physicians and surgeons for accurate diagnosis and patient care planning.
Review laboratory test results and provide professional opinions and diagnostic reports.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of modern diagnostic techniques and pathology trends.
Ensure compliance with UAE health authority regulations and hospital policies.
Participate in case discussions multidisciplinary team meetings and continuous medical education programs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Pathology (MD/Board Certification or equivalent).
Specialist Pathologist license/eligibility from DHA or MOH (license or evaluation required).
Minimum of 3 5 years of experience as a Specialist Pathologist (clinical & anatomical).
Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques diagnostic procedures and pathology equipment.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: AED (based on experience and qualifications).
Additional benefits as per hospital policy (e.g. medical insurance annual leave airfare etc.).

License: DHA License / MOH License or Evaluation
