Job Description
Position: Female Front Office Agent Russian Speaker
We are currently looking for a Female Front Office Agent- Receptionist (Russian Speaker) to join at a 5 Star Hotel in Ajman United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Handle all check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Handle reservations and inquiries via phone email and in person
- Provide information about hotel facilities services and local area attractions
- Resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager
Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian (written and spoken)
-Basic knowledge of Front Office Operations
-Knowledge of Opera System is a plus
Benefits:
Basic Salary: AED 1800
Language allowance: AED 300
Service Charge varies per month
