Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager with strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities to lead the team and will oversee all store operations ensuring a smooth and efficient environment that meets sales targets and maintains high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales and performance goals
Manage daily store operations including inventory merchandising and staffing
Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer issues professionally
Train develop and mentor staff to enhance their skills and productivity
Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment
Monitor and control store expenses and budgets
Prepare and analyze sales reports and business performance metrics

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficient in English Arabic language is a plus
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude
Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of inventory and merchandising best practices
