Job Summary

Position: Executive Secretary

Reports to: CEO

Role Purpose

Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management ensuring effective coordination confidentiality and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

Manage CEOs calendar & meetings.
Coordinate departmental meetings with Project Managers BDM team HR & Finance.
Strong follow-up on tasks assigned by CEO to ensure timely completion.
Draft correspondence reports & presentations.
Maintain records & confidential documents.
Liaise with internal & external stakeholders.
Prepare agendas minutes & follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP HLOOKUP Data Analysis).
Strong MS PowerPoint skills (business presentations charts reports).
Proficiency in drafting professional correspondence.
Excellent drafting & communication skills.
Highly organized professional & discreet.
