Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Recruit train and lead a team of medical representatives.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals hospitals and pharmacies.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure team alignment with company goals.
- Oversee the invoicing and collection process to ensure timely payments.
- Minimize outstanding receivables by enforcing credit policies and following up on overdue payments.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our market presence.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to drive growth and resolve payment issues.
