We are hiring a reliable and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) to manage a specific section of the kitchen. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their craft and is committed to consistency speed and hygiene in every service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present dishes according to recipe and plating standards.
Take charge of your designated kitchen section (grill saut etc.).
Assist in mise en place and timely food prep for service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station.
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols including HACCP.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team for smooth coordination.
Support junior staff and work closely with Senior CDPs and Sous Chefs.
Minimum 2 3 years of kitchen experience in a similar role.
High School or Diploma graduate in Hospitality Tourism or a related field.
HACCP Certified and familiar with kitchen safety practices.
Solid knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Ability to work under pressure and handle highvolume service.
Good communication and time management skills.
Teamoriented with a passion for food and quality.
