Job Summary
Prepares and cooks food items according to the restaurants menu and chefs instructions. Ensures proper portioning plating and presentation of dishes. Maintains cleanliness and organization in the kitchen while following food safety standards. Assists the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
