As a Self Inspector you will play a crucial role in maintaining the resorts five-star reputation by conducting thorough inspections identifying areas for improvement and supporting the team in delivering impeccable service. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms public areas and back-of-house facilities to ensure compliance with five-star standards.
- Identify discrepancies or areas requiring attention and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections and follow-up actions.
- Support management in implementing quality and service improvements.
Requirements
- Prior experience in quality control inspection or housekeeping in luxury hotels or resorts is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
