Job Summary
Apt Resources is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Carpenter at a luxurious resort located along the beautiful Red Sea. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence in craftsmanship and design taking part in the creation and maintenance of pristine wooden structures and features that enhance the resorts luxurious appeal.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality carpentry work in the luxury resort including construction installation and maintenance of wooden structures
- Collaborate with various teams to produce bespoke carpentry solutions for guest rooms amenities and common areas
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications
- Install and repair wooden fixtures such as doors window frames and decorative elements
- Maintain tools and equipment ensuring they are in safe and good working condition
- Follow established safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpenter with a focus on high-end hospitality or luxury project
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal carpentry training or certification is preferred
- Strong competency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Good physical fitness for manual labor and lifting heavy materials
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays when necessary
