Apt Resources is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a hardworking Steward to join a prestigious five-star luxury resort located along the stunning Red Sea. This distinguished resort is committed to delivering exceptional dining and hospitality experiences and is seeking reliable individuals to maintain cleanliness and support smooth food and beverage operations.
As a Steward you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all kitchen and dining areas are spotless organized and fully equipped contributing to the seamless operation of the resorts world-class facilities. This position offers a valuable opportunity to develop your career within a landmark luxury hospitality project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen dishwashing and dining areas to five-star standards.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment utensils and dishware are cleaned sanitized and properly stored.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff as required to support smooth operations.
- Dispose of waste responsibly and follow health and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to uphold high standards of service and presentation.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Steward or in kitchen support in luxury hotels or resorts is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Professional reliable and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
