The Senior Manager - IMC will play a key role in the planning development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Role holder will bridge the gap between clients internal teams and brand principals ensuring seamless collaboration and impactful campaign delivery. This role is ideal for a seasoned IMC professional with strong project management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional marketing solutions.
Campaign Management:
Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital traditional and experiential channels.
Ensure campaigns align with client goals and brand principal guidelines.
Oversee project timelines budgets and resources ensuring timely delivery of all initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that drive measurable results.
Client & Principal Relations:
Act as a senior point of contact for clients ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand principals securing alignment on strategies and approvals.
Present campaign plans progress updates and performance reports to key stakeholders.
Strategic Contribution:
Support the IMC Director in developing strategies and identifying growth opportunities for clients.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategies.
Leadership:
Mentor and guide junior IMC team members fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Delegate tasks effectively ensuring accountability and quality delivery
People Management:
The incumbent is responsible for setting clear objectives and performance targets in collaboration with team members ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals. This role involves actively mentoring guiding and providing direction to the team to cultivate skill development operational efficiency and continuous improvement. The incumbent applies structured performance management practices to monitor progress troubleshoot issues and drive the team towards achieving periodic KPIs. Through strategic oversight and regular feedback the incumbent fosters a results-oriented environment empowering the team to meet and exceed established benchmarks while supporting both individual and collective growth.
