Sealy Mattress Middle East is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Sales Executive specifically targeting the UAE market. As the leading operation licensee of Sealy Saudi Arabia and the MENA region we provide high-quality mattress solutions including Sealy Crown Jewels and Stearns & Foster brands. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in the UAE and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored bedding solutions. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities throughout the UAE to increase the market share of Sealy products.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients addressing their inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the unique benefits of our mattresses.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales quotas contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Gather and analyze market insights and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in a similar role ideally within the consumer goods or retail sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in building strong relationships and working collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience with CRM systems and market analysis tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • 28 to 38 years old
  • Egyptian Indian Lebanese and Palestinian
