Sealy Mattress Middle East is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Sales Executive specifically targeting the UAE market. As the leading operation licensee of Sealy Saudi Arabia and the MENA region we provide high-quality mattress solutions including Sealy Crown Jewels and Stearns & Foster brands. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities throughout the UAE to increase the market share of Sealy products.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients addressing their inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the unique benefits of our mattresses.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales quotas contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Gather and analyze market insights and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in a similar role ideally within the consumer goods or retail sector.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in building strong relationships and working collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with CRM systems and market analysis tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- 28 to 38 years old
