Job Summary (Managed Services Sales Professional):
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for IT Managed Services.
- Identify qualify and pursue leads and sales opportunities within the IT services sector.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements and design customized service solutions.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and manage complex sales cycles including presenting to C-level executives across various industries.
- Conduct product demonstrations effectively communicating technical concepts and solution benefits.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships understanding their business needs and positioning services accordingly.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay current with industry trends competitive offerings and emerging technologies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation and ongoing support.
- Involved in restructuring assets contracts and financials for managed services and transformation engagements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of ITIL IT Service Management SLA-driven solutions and IT maintenance/support models.
- Achieve success in originating and closing high-value (multi-million dollar) deals in IT Infrastructure Managed Services.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Continually analyze client business processes to recommend improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Leverage knowledge of computers networking cloud computing ITSM/ITAM/ITOM tools cybersecurity and outsourcing models.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in cloud-based managed services sales relevant certifications (ITIL/TOGAF) and experience with leading hardware/infrastructure brands.
