* Bachelors or Diploma in IT/Computer Science or related field.
* 1 3 years of IT support/helpdesk experience.
* Familiar with Windows OS Microsoft Office Active Directory basic networking.
* CompTIA A MCP/MCSA ITIL Foundation CCNA (basic) preferred.
* Strong troubleshooting multitasking and communication skills.
