Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Listing Team Leader to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi As a listing Team leader you will be responsible for leading the listing team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and motivate a team of property listing specialists.
- Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team and individuals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Analyze team and individual performance metrics regularly.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement effective property listing strategies to maximize market exposure and attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Stay abreast of market trends competitor activities and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners developers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the property listing process.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of property listings including compelling property descriptions highquality photos and virtual tours.
- Implement best practices for maximizing the visibility of listings on various platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 4 years of experience in real estate with a focus on property listing.
- Proven experience in team leadership and management.
- Indepth knowledge of the real estate market in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with property listing platforms and marketing tools.
- Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
