Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business goals of the UAE telecommunications market.
• Lead and mentor the HR team fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
• Oversee talent acquisition processes ensuring effective recruitment and retention of top talent.
• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and motivation.
• Manage performance management processes ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while developing effective HR policies.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
• Proven experience in managing talent acquisition and employee development processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement HR policies that align with business priorities.
