JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the design and detailed engineering of underground utility networks including:
- Stormwater and sanitary drainage systems
- Cooling water and fire water networks
- Contaminated and noncontaminated liquid handling systems
- Conduct hydraulic calculations for surface drainage systems (gravitybased and pressurized/liquidfilled systems).
- Prepare conceptual designs and detailed schematics for plumbing and drainage systems in buildings.
- Estimate quantities and prepare bills of materials (BOM) technical documentation and subcontract packages including scope of work and price schedules.
- Interface and coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams client representatives thirdparty certifiers subcontractors and other global workshare offices.
- Review and interact with vendors regarding coating/painting systems field joint materials and isometric checks.
- Participate in all project phases including Conceptual Design FEED Detailed Engineering EPC and EPIC stages.
- Independently handle UG engineering scope and act as Lead UG Engineer when required.
- Ensure compliance with international codes and standards client specifications and project requirements.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree (BE/) in Civil or Structural Engineering is mandatory.
- Masters degree (ME/) in Structural Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in the design and engineering of underground and general civil works preferably in the oil & gas or infrastructure sectors.
- Handson experience with major clients such as ADNOC Saudi Aramco Shell Total or other international oil and gas operators.
- Strong technical knowledge and practical aptitude for civil and UG engineering challenges.
- Proficiency in civil and UG design software and tools.
- Strong project documentation communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver highquality work within deadlines.
