- To coordinate all service requirements addressed to IRD and ensure their immediate action aiming for the highest possible guest satisfaction.
- To promote efficiency confidence courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills. To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.
- Works in close cooperation with the Kitchen and all other key service departments.
- Standard instructions of the immediate guest care telephone manners up-selling
- Ensures that under no circumstances the telephones are unattended and practice impeccable telephone manners.
- Conducts a proper handover during shift change.
Qualifications :
- University Degree or Vocational in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year or more experience in a similar role or experience as a telephone operator / call center.
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication skills telephone etiquette and up selling skills.
- additional language will be a plus
