Job Description

Location: United Arab Emirates
Duration: 2 months (then on-demand basis)
Start Date: Mid-September / Early October 2025
Contract Type: Freelance / Consulting

Role Overview

We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with hands-on experience in shipbuilding and production engineering to support a risk audit team in the defense & shipbuilding sector. The role is focused on production risk assessments with a particular emphasis on defense/military lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments for production processes standards and protocols

  • Provide expert guidance across civil and military production lines (focus on military)

  • Support the risk audit team with SME input on a need basis

  • Deliver practical actionable recommendations to strengthen risk management and compliance


Qualifications :

  • Engineering background with direct hands-on experience in shipbuilding or production

  • Strong understanding of industrial risk assessment and quality standards

  • Exposure to defense or aerospace production processes (preferred)

  • Availability for 2 months part-time/on-demand in the UAE
