Ontime Group is looking for a qualified Veterinary Surgeon with a Ministry License specializing in Orthopedics to join our prestigious clinic in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose orthopedic conditions in animals through comprehensive medical evaluations.
- Perform advanced orthopedic surgical procedures including but not limited to fracture repair joint stabilization and corrective surgeries.
- Oversee the preoperative intraoperative and postoperative care of surgical patients including managing pain and ensuring patient recovery.
- Collaborate closely with veterinary technicians and support staff to maintain high standards of care.
- Educate pet owners about orthopedic conditions treatment options and postoperative care protocols.
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements in veterinary orthopedics and implement evidencebased practices.
- Maintain detailed medical records in compliance with veterinary regulations and organizational policies.
Requirements
- Veterinary degree recognized by the local authority with a valid Ministry License in Abu Dhabi.
- Specialization in Orthopedic Surgery with handson experience is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a veterinary capacity specifically in orthopedic surgery.
- Demonstrated proficiency in various surgical techniques and postoperative management.
- Strong client communication skills and capacity to explain complex medical concepts to pet owners.
- Teamoriented mindset with the ability to mentor junior staff and work collaboratively.
- Passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing highquality surgical care.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to pursue continued professional development and training in orthopedic procedures.
