Job Summary
The Landscape Architect will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of landscape projects at construction sites. This role involves collaborating with various professionals including contractors developers and engineers to ensure that landscape designs are executed according to plans and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Planning: High level and constructability review of landscape designs ensuring they meet client requirements and project specifications.
- Project Supervision: Oversee the construction and installation of landscape projects ensuring adherence to design plans and quality standards.
- Coordination: Collaborate with contractors developers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project .
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans and safety regulations.
- Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process including weather delays budget overruns or disputes among staff.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Documentation: Review project documentation including design plans specifications reports and contractor submissions including shop drawings material submittals RFI method statements etc.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 810 years of experience in landscape architecture with a focus on construction supervision.
- Skills: Strong design and planning skills excellent communication and coordination abilities and proficiency in project management software
