What youll be doing:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our Digital team to lead and optimize the operations of our existing e-commerce platforms built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Shopify. This role will also own the delivery of new digital initiatives including website launches platform enhancements and innovative commerce solutions that drive business growth and elevate customer experience
Responsibilities:
1. Website Operations (SFCC Shopify)
- Own and manage end-to-end product operations for existing e-commerce websites across multiple brands and geographies
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders development teams designers and third-party vendors to ensure seamless daily operations
- Monitor platform performance conversion KPIs and user journey data to identify opportunities for optimization
2. Product Ownership
- Own maintain and prioritize product backlogs and sprint goals in collaboration with technical team
- Define product specifications using clear consistent and unambiguous user stories and acceptance criteria
- Champion the voice of the customer and business while balancing technical feasibility and ROI
- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and ecommerce trends analysis to fuel innovation and stay ahead of the curve.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with UX/UI Analytics Marketing CRM Supply Chain and Customer Service to deliver end-to-end customer journeys
- Manage vendors and development partners ensuring quality output and SLAs are met
- Present project updates risks and outcomes to leadership and drive alignment across functions
4. Project Leadership
- Lead and deliver strategic initiatives including new country/brand website launches integrations and re-platforming project
- Drive discovery scoping and delivery of solutions - translating business needs into user stories product requirements and release roadmaps
- Ensure delivery is aligned with business goals timelines and budget through agile or hybrid delivery methods.
Functional/Technical Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira Trello).
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Tableau).
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and digital trends.
- Ability to balance technical constraints with business needs.
- Strong understanding of retail operations customer journeys and omnichannel strategies.
Experience:
Minimum of 5- 10 years of experience in product management preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry. Proven experience in developing and delivering customer-centric solutions.
