WHAT YOU LL DO:
- Provide onsite Smart Hands support for networking equipment following directives from L3 engineers.
- Escort OEM technicians manage spare inventory and handle RMA processes (shipping/receiving parts).
- Ensure real-time ticket updates and clear communication with remote teams for seamless operations.
- Maintain strict adherence to datacenter protocols and customer SLAs.
- Document processes and troubleshoot basic network issues under supervision.
Requirements
- 4 years IT support experience in fast-paced environments
- Basic networking knowledge (routers switches servers)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to follow precise technical instructions
- Fluent English (verbal and written communication required)
- Arabic proficiency (considered a strong asset)
