Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager with a robust background in sales of production printing machines such as RISO Kyocera and similar technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and expanding customer accounts driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer base and ensure strong presence in the industry.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Report to management on sales results and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in business administration Sales or relevant field.

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise in production printing technologies.
  • Excellent mentoring coaching and people management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; proficient in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a Key Account Manager in the production printing industry.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
