Join our talented culinary team and play a vital role in creating exquisite cold dishes that leave our guests refreshed and delighted.

What you will be doing:

  • Oversee daily preparation and presentation of cold kitchen items including salads appetizers and other chilled dishes ensuring top-notch quality and consistency.
  • Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in designing creative and visually appealing cold menu items adhering to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards ensuring the cold kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.
  • Support and mentor junior team members guiding them to develop their skills and maintain high standards.
  • Monitor stock levels for cold kitchen ingredients and ensure proper storage to maintain freshness and quality.

Qualifications :

  • What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a cold kitchen or similar role in a high-volume luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong understanding of cold food preparation plating techniques and food safety practices.
  • Creative flair and attention to detail with a passion for crafting dishes that are as visually appealing as they are delicious.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
