You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a visionary and experienced Architect II to lead and contribute to the Concept Design Team. This role requires a creative design thinker with exceptional architectural design skills a deep understanding of project visioning and a strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams from concept through to schematic design phases.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of architectural concepts across a variety of project types (residential commercial hospitality mixed-use etc.).
Support senior architects and design leads in shaping design briefs through research analysis and collaboration with clients and consultants.
Produce high-quality design outputs including sketches diagrams 3D models and renderings to effectively communicate design intent.
Coordinate with junior team members by sharing knowledge assisting with design tasks and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Work closely with technical teams to review feasibility and assist in transitioning concepts into detailed design stages.
Stay informed on architectural trends materials and technologies applying them to enhance design quality.
Participate in client meetings design workshops and presentations as part of the project team contributing to discussions and design reviews.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Professional degree in Architecture ( / or equivalent).
Minimum 45 years of professional experience with a solid portfolio demonstrating involvement in concept and schematic design.
Proven ability to contribute to early-stage design on medium to large-scale projects.
Strong proficiency in Revit as a core design and documentation tool; skilled in complementary software such as Rhino SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD. Knowledge of parametric tools (e.g. Grasshopper) is an advantage.
Strong freehand sketching visual communication and presentation abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work well within multidisciplinary teams.
Awareness of sustainable and innovative design practices and ability to integrate them into project work.
