Job Summary

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Dubai UAE

Reporting: Csuite Level Executive

Experience: 0812 years

Budget:AED

Key Responsibilities:

CEO Support: Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO including agendas mail email

phone calls client management and other company logistics.

Team Coordination: Facilitate communication with the internal teams coordinate Executive Team

meetings and conferences and serve as a liaison between the CEO and staff.

Office Management: Oversee office services manage vendors and supplies ensure efficient IT systems

operation and supervise IT consultants.

Event & Guest Management: Provide event support hospitality and create a welcoming environment

for guests.

Administrative Duties: Manage inquiries process daily mail handle petty cash and reimbursements.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain longlasting internal and external relationships.

Assisting with Presentation Preparation:

Additional Tasks: Manage other projects and duties as needed to support the organizations success.

Qualifications & Skills:

8 10 years of Experience as Proven experience as an Executive Assistant Personal Assistant or in a similar

role supporting seniorlevel executives

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and Google Workspace.

Excellent communication presentation and reportwriting skills.

High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses

Experience in developing internal processes and filing system
