Siebel CRM - SEEducationDegree Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)Good experience in Agile methodology (Scrum Framework)Experience5 years of experience in configuration Deployment and fine-tuning Siebel CRMSiebel IP17 IP19.x hands on experienceExperience in performance tuningTechnical SkillsExperience in working with OSLinuxWindowsExcellent understanding of Siebel Enterprise ArchitectureExcellent understanding of Siebel Best PracticesHands on experience on Siebel configuration (UI Layer BO Layer and Data object layer)Expert in workflow and eScriptHands on experience in configuring Inbound and Outbound web services JMS configuration and REST APIsExperience in Siebel Open UI (PM and PR)Hands on experience on configuring Assignment Manager criteria and WL DistributionExperience in server management tasks Experience in Siebel Marketing CampaignsExperience in Siebel Lead Management Service Request modulesExperience in Java is desiredFunctional SkillsBanking knowledge specially on campaignRetails and corporate domain experienceSoft SkillsAble to influence multiple teams on technical considerations increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience. Self motivator and self starter Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization. Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
