Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain new and existing customer accounts in the fitout and interior construction sector.
- Prepare and present technical sales proposals and quotations aligned with customer requirements.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, design teams, and procurement to ensure customer satisfaction and project feasibility.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to understand project specifications and constraints.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and close sales deals effectively.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products and services.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge training to customers as needed.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
