Were seeking a strategic data-driven Ecommerce Manager to lead and enhance the performance of . Your mission: drive sales growth elevate the digital shopping experience and ensure seamless operations across platforms. Youll collaborate across marketing operations IT and customer success teams to deliver results that matter.
What Youll Do
- Run and improve the online storeincluding product listings pricing promotions and smooth checkout.
- Track key metrics (like site visits sales and conversion rates) and use them to get results.
- Work with teams across marketing IT logistics and customer service to ensure operations run seamlessly.
- Plan and launch promotions to boost sales and visibility.
- Keep the website user-friendly and optimized (mobile product searches navigation etc.).
- Manage relationships with payment providers delivery partners and platform vendors.
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or related field.
- 35 years of experience in ecommerce preferably in retail or digital sales.
- Familiar with ecommerce platforms like Shopify Magento or WooCommerce.
- Skilled in digital marketing and data toolsSEO email campaigns web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Analytical organized and great at working with different teams.
