About You:

• Personalized Service: Greet and welcome discerning devotees with genuine warmth ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. Tailor experiences based on individual preferences and needs.
• Concierge Support: Provide expert recommendations for local attractions dining and activities crafting personalized itineraries that enhance the devotee experience.
• Feedback Management: Actively solicit feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly ensuring that all devotees leave with a positive impression of our hotel.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments including housekeeping dining and events to ensure that all requests are fulfilled efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of special events and celebrations ensuring that every detail aligns with our luxury brand.

Qualifications

International Experience: Bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
