Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Resident Engineer - Landscape to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale infrastructure projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of infrastructure projects including planning design construction and maintenance
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations
  • Analyze and resolve complex engineering problems that arise during project execution
  • Prepare and review technical reports project documentation and engineering drawings
  • Collaborate with contractors consultants and stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Implement and maintain quality control and assurance procedures throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee project budgets schedules and resource allocation
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations on project sites
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members
  • Stay updated on industry trends innovative construction methodologies and local building codes

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
  • Minimum15 years of experience in infrastructure engineering with a focus on managing large-scale projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure development construction methodologies and quality control processes
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the UAE
  • Excellent project management skills including budget and schedule management
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong technical report writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as required for project needs
