- Driving best practice at scale: Creating and rolling out SOPs and training materials working hand in hand with our operations lead in each country.
- Work closely with global operations stakeholders to identify and implement cross-regional solutions.
- Evaluate multiple country performance metrics - provide clear and executable recommendations to remove bottlenecks.
- Managing end-to-end operations of the last-mile operations (Rider Lifecycle Experience Safety & Wellbeing. Firefighting streamlining processes for all stakeholders involved i.e. logistics finance legal and C level.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with different stakeholders and strict timelines
- Implement new processes quickly keeping the riders interest at heart
- Use lean six-sigma concepts to minimize waste maximize output and minimize variability to be the business leader with regard to speed and reliability.
- Conduct complex analysis on time and geographic level.
- New innovative ideas to make Riders everyday life better.
Qualifications :
What Did We Order
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a fast paced operations heavy e-commerce or platform establishment.
- You will need to be systematic detail-oriented structured and know how to prioritize - you consider yourself as someone who delivers solutions and not bottlenecks to be solved.
- You are able to process de-normalized information and create business sense for senior and technical leadership.
- You have analytical skills and are not afraid to step into daily operations to diagnose pain points/improvement opportunities. SQL & Data modeling skill is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You have strong organizational skills.
- You can work independently and know how to prioritize and problem solve.
