- Create compelling marketing content including articles blogs newsletters and social media posts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitor activities providing actionable insights.
- Support the management of the companys social media channels including creating a content calendar scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
- Support in updating the company website with fresh relevant content using content management systems.
- Support in managing the NPS and customer satisfaction surveys across GCG working closely with cross-functional teams and track the results to create actionable feedback to improve customer service.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for campaigns and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Assist with organizing events such as roundtable events trade shows and webinars.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies to inform innovative strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in marketing Media Communications or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or similar role preferably within the technology sector in the region.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms (social media Google Ads SEO etc.).
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics email marketing platforms and design software (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute to team success.
