Job Summary

Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  1. Create opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle for the Managed Services Hybrid Cloud Cyber Security & Infrastructure solutions for Enterprise & Real Estate Accounts in Dubai.
  2. Should be able to engage customers on technical solution discussions and proposing value on solutions around Hybrid Cloud Managed Services Cyber Security & Infrastructure Solutions.
  3. Excellent customer and vendor relationship management skills strong analytical and business planning skills ability to communicate clearly and efficiently including making presentations and negotiating with both clients and vendors.
  4. Uses consultative solution selling and business development skills at the CXO level to align the clients business needs with the companys solutions.
  5. Manage & farm large Enterprise Accounts (Strategic Account Management)
  6. Capability to make solution presentations to customers with impact.
  7. Effectively communicate and collaborate with respective Practice Presale & Project Manager concerned on miscellaneous issues covering presales and postsales issues till a project is signed off by the customer.
  8. Attending Tech seminars and exhibitions to enhance product knowledge and updating on the new range of solutions announced.
  9. Should be able to recognize the clients business needs interpret them and produce/prepare appropriate proposals.
  10. Follow up outstanding receivables from customers
  11. Meet monthly/Quarterly and Annual gross margin targets and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Graduate in any discipline science graduates Engineers & MBA are preferred.
  2. Industry experience of over 1520 years in direct solution selling (out of which at least five years sales experience working in Enterprise/Real Estate Vertical).
  3. Experience of selling Private and Public Cloud solutions for 5 years in any geography
  4. Experience of selling Managed Services for 5 years in UAE or India
  5. Min industry Experience of 1520 yrs in direct selling.
  6. Excellent written verbal and presentation skills
  7. Strong sales & negotiation skills
  8. Key attributes associated with this role include being incredibly professional dynamic and motivated.
  9. Ability to present proposals persuasively
  10. Ability to work with a large teams.
  11. UAE Driving license is a must.
