Job Summary
Pega Lead Business Architect:Strong functional knowledge/Experience of the domain 10 Years of experience and Certified Pega Business Analyst Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives processes and requirements for Pega-based with business stakeholders by applying the Pega Express best practice of Directly Capture Objectives (DCO)Analysis and Documentation: Conduct detailed analysis of business processes document functional requirements and create clear specification for Pega application : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers architects and quality assurance to ensure the successful implementation of Pega solutions that meet business Solution Design: Participate in designing Pega applications by providing insights into the best practices Pega Guardrails and ensuring scalability and Improvement: Stay updated on Pega technology advancements industry best practices and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency of Pega analytical and problem-solving communication and collaboration of business process management and workflow methodologies.
