GP - Endocrinology focus

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Practitioner (GP) with proven experience and interest in endocrinology particularly in the management of diabetes and metabolic disorders. The successful candidate will join our dynamic clinical team to provide holistic patientfocused care within a techforward environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide highquality primary care with a strong focus on diabetes and endocrinerelated conditions.
• Diagnose treat and manage patients with chronic conditions such as Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes obesity thyroid disorders PCOS and other metabolic/endocrine issues.
• Work closely with endocrinologists health coaches nutritionists diabetes educators and other specialists in a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Utilize GluCares digital platforms and remote monitoring tools to support continuous care and patient engagement.
• Participate in developing and implementing personalized care plans based on patient data behavior and health trends.
• Monitor treatment outcomes adjust medications and provide preventive and lifestyleoriented advice.
• Support patients in their diabetes education and selfmanagement journey.
• Ensure thorough documentation in the electronic medical records system and comply with GluCares clinical protocols and standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives case discussions and training sessions.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge on clinical guidelines and innovations in endocrinology and chronic care.

Understand follow and support all hospital infection control programs

Qualifications & Experience:

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• DHA License or Eligibility Letter as General Practitioner (GP)
• Minimum of 3 years of postqualification clinical experience in the UAE.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in endocrinology or diabetes management is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in a multidisciplinary or techenabled healthcare environment is a plus.
• Strong communication collaboration and patient engagement skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
