Were looking for an experienced General Manager to launch and lead our new 3 Fils Restaurant branch in Dubai a brand known for innovation authenticity and awardwinning culinary excellence.

About the Role:

As General Manager youll be responsible for endtoend operations team leadership guest satisfaction and P&L accountability. You will champion our brand values while ensuring seamless service high team morale and strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daytoday operations of the new restaurant to ensure a worldclass guest experience
• Hire train and mentor a highperforming front and backofhouse team
• Oversee quality control hygiene standards and food safety compliance
• Implement operational strategies aligned with brand vision and SOPs
• Drive revenue profitability and manage budgets costs and forecasts
• Maintain vendor relationships procurement and inventory management
• Handle guest feedback and ensure service recovery where needed
• Monitor KPIs service standards and regularly report performance metrics to the Head Office
• Coordinate marketing events and customer engagement initiatives

Key Requirements:

• 710 years of F&B industry experience with at least 3 years in a General Manager or similar senior role
• Proven experience in finedining or premium casual dining environments
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials labor controls and cost management
• Exceptional leadership teambuilding and training skills
• Deep knowledge of UAE hospitality trends customer behavior and local regulations
• Outstanding communication problemsolving and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with launching or opening new restaurant locations is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred
