Job Summary

Lead the mechanical scope of work including HVAC plumbing and firefighting systems.
Oversee at site ensuring compliance with design quality and safety standards.
Prepare technical documents including shop drawings method statements and ITPs.
Review and verify MEP design drawings and BOQ during pre and postconstruction.
Ensure timely material procurement and site readiness in coordination with planning team.
Supervise subcontractors monitor manpower productivity and resolve site issues.
Conduct testing and commissioning activities for mechanical systems.
Attend progress and coordination meetings with consultants and clients.
Maintain and submit site reports daily logs and QA/QC documentation.
Ensure compliance with local authority approvals (e.g. DEWA Civil Defence DM).

Requirements

Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
4 6 years of UAE/GCC experience in MEP works for largescale construction.
Indepth knowledge of HVAC plumbing and firefighting system design & .
Familiarity with ASHRAE SMACNA NFPA standards.
Strong coordination and reporting skills.
Experience in handling DEWA DCD and consultant inspections.
