Job Summary
A private Russian family in Dubai is seeking a professional experienced Private Teacher to provide high-quality education developmental guidance and structured learning support for their four children aged 2 4 5 and 7. The role combines academic instruction with age-appropriate developmental activities in a warm family-oriented environment.
Position Overview:
Type: Live-out

Driving: A valid driver s license is an advantage
Schedule: 6 days per week; working hours are flexible and may be adjusted according to the family s needs and the candidate s availability
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging age-appropriate lessons in core subjects tailored to each child s individual learning needs and developmental stage
Support the academic progress of the older children after school including homework supervision and enrichment activities
Provide early childhood education and creative learning experiences for the younger children during school hours
Develop and implement structured educational plans that foster intellectual curiosity creativity and strong study habits
Integrate play-based learning to support social emotional and cognitive growth
Encourage bilingual or multilingual skills with a focus on English; Russian and Arabic are an advantage
Accompany children to extracurricular activities and educational outings
Maintain consistent routines that promote both academic and personal growth
Collaborate closely with parents and household staff to ensure a cohesive approach to the children s education and well-being
Provide regular progress updates to the family in a professional manner
Requirements
Requirements:
Degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development or a related field
Demonstrated experience caring for children preferably in private household settings
Warm well-educated and able to deliver meaningful learning opportunities
Energetic physically active and hands-on in caregiving
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent verifiable references
Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach
Discreet respectful and mindful of family privacy
